There is a 100% ID check at all gates, and privately owned vehicles must meet all Utah state law including minimum insurance coverage, seat belt use, and other regulations. The first phase of the project starts April 15 and will run to the end of May. The project is scheduled to occur July 9 through Aug. 10. There is, however, limited parking at building 1299, with only eight spots. Visitors who do not have a protective face covering on will be turned away due to the mandate.
