Two, I got put on like an IPO right away and it was like the most important IPO for Goldman that year and I was. And then shes like, Why would you leave A16Z? The way you have to do this is explain to them why youre good technically and why youll be good for this job, not what you did in the past because thats not going to help your case at all in the interview.
